2008 sees the Lismore Lantern Parade celebrate 14 years of lighting the heart of the city….
| To celebrate, the Lismore Lantern Parade, The Northern Rivers Echo and Lismore Promotion Program are delighted to extend a warm invitation to Lismore businesses to decorate their premises with lovely Lismore Lanterns or designs of your own design choice!! The 2007 CBD Lantern Project attracted fantastic response, especially from the general public, and as the lantern parade has now successfully captured the hearts of the community we are sure that lantern lit and decorated windows will continue to be a great hit with customers and clients and link the whole community within this wonderful event. |

The Enchanted Window Competition CBD Businesses decorate their windows/premises within this year’s lantern parade themeDreamscapes • The decoration must include a lantern &/or fairy lights. • The Lismore Lantern Parade can supply a lantern/s for HIRE, poster and fliers to particpating businesses, and acknowledge you on our website www.lanternparade.com.au • Judging will take place on Tuesday 17 June @ 6pm Prizes & Judge to be Confirmed • We will come and consult with you before Friday 25 May 2008, and deliver the lantern up to wo weeks before theparade, at your convenience • We can offer 4 basic designs - Diamond; Flower (limited); Multi-point Star and Heart. • Other designs can be arranged on application • All lanterns are 240v with low wattage light bulbs, coloured lights are optional • We will collect the lanterns in the week of June 23rd 2008 • The Business is responsible for the well being of the lanterns • A maintenance and administration charge of $33.00 (incl GST) per lantern is payable • Competition Entry only - $22.00 (inclGST) Call the lantern parade office on (02) 66226333 for more information or download the following document.
