a new home has been found
Late in 2013 we found the perfect place close to the Lismore city centre: a former industrial warehouse and engineering works within easy walking distance of the CBD. We borrowed the money for the deposit and started the DA process.
Lismore City Council staff and professionals from the business community have readily offered pro bono assistance with critical aspects of the proposed move, including town planning and development application regulations, site remediation, building inspection, legal and conveyancing requirements, etc.
On Valentines Day 2014 we exchanged contracts and the lanterns have a new home.
