our work beyond lismore
LightnUp generates part of its income by hiring out lanterns to clients far away from Lismore, and creating lanterns on commission for specific events. LightnUp produces parades, outdoor theatre and workshops for community and private celebrations and events across Australia.
They have provided lantern events for the NSW Local Government & Shires Association, the Queensland Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Health Services, and the spectacular Chinese New Year Parade in Sydney.
Over the years, LightnUp has travelled as far afield as Bourketown in the Gulf of Carpentaria and Kiwikurra, 700k west of Alice Springs.
LightnUp has also worked with:
